"Where are you?!?!? After a dozen emails, multiple calls, and contacts with the national customer service team you can’t call or email me back?! This is absolutely unacceptable Connor. You need to show up for your customers! Dropping auto and home services with you due to a complete lack of any contact… WHERE ARE YOU?!"

"Trash and Unprofessional Insurance Agent. Unsatisfactory Service and Communication. I will express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by your agency (Connor Underwood and Team). Unfortunately, I have encountered several issues that have led to significant frustration. 1. Lack of Communication: Despite numerous attempts to contact the assigned agent, including leaving voicemails and sending emails and text messages to the provided contact information, I have received no response. This lack of communication is highly unprofessional and unacceptable, especially when prompt assistance is needed. 2. Unexplained Rate Increases: Every six months, my insurance premium has increased without any explanation. Transparency is vital, and I believe I am entitled to understand the reasons behind these price adjustments. 3. Customer Service Concerns: I feel that the service provided is driven solely by financial motives rather than offering the best options for the customer. This lack of personalized care and consideration is not what I expect from a reputable insurance agency. I trust that you will address these issues promptly. I hope to see an improvement in the level of service and communication going forward but if not please just close this office."

"Dont go with them. They just scam people. I cancelled my car insurance policy a day before it expiry date. But still they charged me whole amount and then I have to call them back to get my money back. It took them 2months of time to send only partial amount which was 60%of what I paid, that too through check not online transfer. They want a customer to go through this painful process once they decide to not to go with them. I have been calling them since 3-4months for my money they dont revert back neither help to get my amount. Complete scam"

"If I could give them 0 rating I would. They will not get in contact with you and won’t communicate. I have been begging Conner and his agents via phone call and emails to send me proof of insurance and my receipt and they have been ignoring me this whole time. Come to find out, after I transfer that i was charged for a policy that was never active. A month later without insurance and not once did Conner get in contact with me to let me know it was not active, but he did let the payment go through and I get charged for insurance. Please avoid this agent at all cost, nobody needs to have this kind of issues and stress they cause you."
